Return and exchange period
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. After this period, returns are not accepted.
If you receive a damaged product or one that does not match the invoice , please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will bear the full cost of replacement at no additional cost.

If the order received free shipping, and the customer wishes to return it without any problem with the product, Blanco has the right to deduct the actual shipping cost from the refunded amount.

General Terms
The customer is entitled to one exchange per order only .
If the product is part of a set or collection, it is not returned individually — but the entire collection.
Once the bill of lading is issued, the order cannot be modified or canceled. To cancel the order, you can refuse to accept it from the delivery person.
Delivery app requests: Returns are made through the app itself.
Orders purchased with a special discount code for television programs are non-returnable .
Body or skin care products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable , for your health and safety.

Orders outside the Kingdom
There is no option for return or refund for orders outside of Saudi Arabia, except in the case of receiving a damaged product .

Pay via Tabby or Tamara
Returns and refunds for orders paid through Tabby or Tamara are done directly through contacting the payment company, and not through Blanco.

Shopping vouchers
If a customer receives a voucher, it cannot be redeemed for cash — it can only be used for purchases on the website.
If the purchase was originally made with a voucher, the amount cannot be refunded in cash, and the customer will be compensated with a voucher of the same value.

refund mechanism
The refund will be for the returned product only, excluding basic shipping fees, with a 22 return shipping fee deducted if applicable.
The returned product must be in its original condition.
Cash on delivery / Visa / Mastercard / Bank transfer: Refund within 1–14 business days after we receive the return.
Cash on delivery: Cash on delivery service fees are non-refundable.
Tabi/Tamara: Refunds are processed directly through the payment company.

Modify or cancel order
An order can only be modified (added or deleted from an item) before it is processed. Once processed, it cannot be modified—a new order can be placed, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
